Medication Collection

For patients receiving ongoing treatment:

• It is the patient's own responsibility to enquire when and accordingly collect or have collected their ongoing medication from Nature Clinic’s medicine dispensing department, irrespective of whether the patient is local or from out of station (within India or abroad).
• Only on patient’s request, Nature Clinic extends the courtesy to help send the medication through Courier Service or Indian Postal Service (based on Nature Clinic’s convenience) at patient’s own risk and liability. Nature Clinic is not responsible or liable for any resultant damage or delay.
• Local patients should notify the clinic at least four working days before their current medications run out.
• Outstation patients within India should notify the clinic at least one week in advance.
• International patients should inform us at least one month prior to running out of medication.

Local Laws

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local laws governing homeopathic treatment and online consultations. Nature Clinic is not liable for any violations of local laws regarding these services.

Prescription Information
